Within the past few weeks, I have been gifted two new pieces of jewelry. Unintentionally, they both fall under the Arabic alphabet category. The first piece, a necklace with my name, was a gift from my boyfriend. He brought me this necklace from Saudi Arabia. This 21k gold necklace has a lovely touch with a heart added on the final letter. The necklace is a bit long for me so I will be having it adjusted in the near future.
After the necklace, I received the Seiko Arabic dial watch. This automatic stainless steel watch features Arabic numbers around the black dial with the option to set the days of the week to either English or Arabic. Originally, this was supposed to be one of the Father’s Day gifts I purchased, however, I accidentally ordered the 34mm case size rather than the 42mm. Therefore, it isn’t the right size for my dad’s wrist. I decided to keep this one for myself and will be ordering the other size for him.
My latest Arabic alphabet jewelry pieces were not something I was planning on adding to my collection, however, they were a pleasant surprise. I already owned an Arabic name necklace I got for myself from Etsy, but it is significantly smaller and gold plated. Another Arabic related piece I own is also from Etsy and it is a 14k gold evil eye bracelet. I have been looking for some earrings in this category, but have yet to find something I love. I am excited to wear my new Arabic alphabet jewelry and will be featuring them on my Instagram soon!
